Turquoise Cottage - TC Original 1997, located in Green Park above Hyundai Showroom is composed of a fine ambiance, succulent food variants, and commendable service.

Once entered, a huge alley can be seen which has classic tinge of favorite turquoise color on wall. Dream catchers were also hanged at multiple walls which looked pretty adorable.

The seating is quite discreetly done with lush sofas inside and high tables and chairs outside. The interiors are dimly lit which is going well which the aura whereas the open seating looks fantasizing with colors, seating and basic decor.

The terrace looks extremely adorable too, with wooden work and colorful chairs staged on white stones. The other side of the terrace attractive with colorful wings decor on the wall and green lush around.

Moving to food we had got most of the items preferred by the outlet and, as we had headed their for brunch we were gratified with the eatery experience. In SALADS we had, Mixed Seafood Salad. The salad compromises adequate amount of shrimps, black mushrooms, basa. Added to that assorted broccoli, iceberg lettuce was also garnished. The salad didn't please much, because the taste was more to Raw side than the authentic sea food taste. The dressing was basic. Overall it is decent.

Roasted Chicken with Thai Herbs. The blend of ingredients were mind blowing. Chicken was nicely marinaded and herbs were a charm in the salad's garnish. Onion, bell peppers and capsicum pairs well in the overall delish taste. *HIGHLY RECOMMENDED*

Baked Fish in Mustard Mayo Salad. The mustard mayo dressing on the baked basa fish is flabbergasting. The fish was tender and soft and in salad it was commendable to grub. *HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Som Tom Salad. Thai spicy raw papaya salad, topped with crushed peanuts. The raw papaya marinaded with thai spicy sauces was absolutely flawless. With cherry tomato topped it was a splendid salad treat.

In APPETIZERS we had, Crunchy Chili Chicken. The fascinating presentation of this dish onto a cart is quite attractive. Apparently the taste too, is perfect which crunchy batter and the spicy tender chicken inside. The quantity was overwhelming. *HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Prawn Tempura. Such an heavenly recipe. This Japanese delight is utterly astonishing with crunchy cornstarch batter and humongous shrimps. The shrimps were supple and finely cooked. The dip too was mind blowing. *HIGHLY RECOMMENDED*

Penne Pasta with Mixed Sauce. The pasta was cooked well and the mixed sauce was well balanced in taste.

➍ Chicken Barbecue Pizza. The pizza had thin crust which was good. Overall the taste was decent, with adequate amount of chicken and thin layer of cheese, bell peppers, jalapenos topped.

In MAINS we had, Chicken Xacuti (Shakuti). The Goan preparation of Chicken was highly authentic in taste. The chicken has a thick marinade with White poppy seeds, Coconut, Dried red chilies. The taste was so delish and certainly a delight till the last bite. The chicken was well cooked and the texture was perfect. *HIGHLY RECOMMENDED*

In DESSERTS we had, Fruit Cream. Smooth spumy cream and added into it is, watermelon, pineapple pieces were utterly adorable in taste and definitely worth ordering. *HIGHLY RECOMMENDED*

Blueberry Cheesecake. The tiny jar of sweet cheesecake was commendable in taste. Topped with Blueberry it had a mild sweet glance which was adorable.

Apple Pie. The kind of desserts like these, are really a bliss to the taste buds. The tart topped with vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup spread felt astonishing to gobble. The apple filling inside was heavenly. *HIGHLY RECOMMENDED*

In DRINKS we had, Signature: TC Tea Punch Gin. Go European with this refreshing mix of gin, cointreau and Chai/tea. Quite sober in taste, the Gin was well influenced with the chai quotient. Best of alcohol influence with a blend of Icea tea.

Popcorn Sour. A popping twist to our good old whisky sour. The amalgamation of whiskey was well done. The taste was eventually joyous. *HIGHLY RECOMMENDED*

Shakes: Chocolate Shake. The chocolate shake was one of a flaw. The shake was not at all thick to be called a shake. The Sweetness was extravagant.

Alco Smoothies: Vodka Frappechino. Vanilla Vodka, Kahlua, and an espresso shot to wake you up. Some of the distinctive variant is this drink came up with. Utterly refreshing taste of frappe is good for it's aroma once blended with Vodka, becomes joyous. *HIGHLY RECOMMENDED*

Classic Cocktails: Cosmopolitan. Vodka, Triple Sec, Cranberry Juice. Classic and artifact recipe. The drink as expected was quite diligent in taste. The balance of taste was perfectly done resulting in vodka harshness and cranberry sweetness intact.

The outlet is favorable in terms of promising jocular experience in eatery and party mood. The service too was commendable, as the staffs were courteous and attentively handled us. The music too, was grooving. Overall this place is really a package of fine experience on the go. Re-visit is definitely a merrier option.
