Buttermilk was refreshing, and quite sober in spices. *HIGHLY RECOMMENDED* In FOOD we had, Farshan: Masala Dhokla. Quite tastful and spongy. Not much resemblance to gujarati dhoklas but the delish is quite distinctively good.

Corn Tikki. The filling is zestful but corns were countably less which can be improvised. Special. Dal Baati Churma. Dal delight. The popular rajesthani delicacy is their specialization and really joyous to grub. Panchmel daal was splendid in taste and baati churma was nicely cooked and garnished. With melted ghee it was heavenly and had to satisfy by re-ordering . *HIGHLY RECOMMENDED*

Vegetable: Palak Paneer Hariyali. This is perfectly made with adequate paneer and palak amalgamation served.

Aloo Rasanwala. A much sober recipe dish was simple and tasted utter delish in the overall Thali. ➌ Rajma Masala. Not typically tasted the way the regional people have this in a typically spicy blend but this blend is utter delish and paired well with Makki Roti.

Flower Tomato Vatana. Much of bhaaji rassa. The spicy and tangy quotient was much appreciating. Dal: Yellow Dal. Classic homemade nicely done tadka yellow dal. Best to delight it with Veg Roti. Kadi: Rajasthani Kadi. One more Rajasthani delicacy comes way more good in town with classic curd pakodas nicely prepared. With steamed rice it made an astonishing pair *HIGHLY RECOMMENDED*

Sweets: Fruit Custard. A delightful usual custard delight. Although, it could be less watery. Mohanthal. Gujrati sweet delight. Perfect Almond and Pistachios topped gram floor squares was a perfect end to authentic experience at their outlet. *HIGHLY RECOMMENDED*

Overall besides much happiness they offer with their food, their prompt service is commendable and indeed flawless. The speedy delivery of food one after one was appreciated on spot. This kind of places are much preferable any day and much suggested to management to open such chain of outlets at different corners of Delhi!
