Tempura Fried Prawns with Milagai Podi. Tiger prawns splendidly served with mayo and gun powder. Prawns were extraordinarily sized and astonishing in terms of taste and utter crispiness. Presented nicely on steel rulers kept on a wooden plank, the prawns tasted heavenly. Gun powder played a role for a nice harsh salty balance. *HIGHLY RECOMMENDED*

Dahi Bhalla Ice Cream. A puffed rice, pomegranate dish topped with dahi bhalla ice cream which is being nitrogen frosted to bone chilling -20 degree temperature. Nitrogen doesn't harm to human appetite resulting a good amalgamation to the appetizer. Bhalla mixed with curd turned into ice cream is really a delight, and with dehydrated tamarind chutney perfectly creates a tangy and sweetness balance. The curd remains chilled till the last bite and the crunchy elements don’t get soggy till the end. This dish is pure art and worth appreciating. *HIGHLY RECOMMENDED*

Mix Meat Pizza. Served half stuffed with Keema Boti and half with Chicken Tikka. This pizza is a delight as we don't get two delicacies served in a single pizza. Cheese was adequate and moreover the delight was it's flacky crust, as it felt really light, luscious and zestful.

In Mains we had,

Compressed Paneer Barrels in Thai Makhni Curry. Decent sized paneer barrels racked on each was a absolute delight to see. Coconut cream is being poured while serving gives a rich creamy and mesmerizing taste to it. Prank is, the cream later gives an impression of having a thai cuisine instead of a paneer dish. *HIGHLY RECOMMENDED*

Rampuri Mutton. A slow cooked taar mutton dish finely served with utter richness and thickness. The orange color radiant signifies saffron and cardamom brushed on top. The dish tasted divine and indeed heavenly for gosht lovers. *HIGHLY RECOMMENDED*

Chef, came with roses, poured them into nitrogen and magically broke them into the kheer was an absolute delight to watch. The kheer was divine and the rose essence was quite authentic. *HIGHLY RECOMMENDED*

In Drinks we had,

Kitkat Shake. Decent shake. No Flaws. Just a thick shake with a KitKat on top!

Staffing is class apart, seeing all of the staffs at least attending once with kindness is a service excellence. Additionally, Chef himself addressing for some food stories and knowledge sharing is a kind of factors really makes the experience way more joyous.
