Defining Lavishness - World Art Dining

World Art Dining, the latest connoisseur of excellent food, abodes 45000 sqft of the Main Club Road, Punjabi Bagh. Escalating across four floors, World Art Dining presents three remarkable dining options - Cook House, Brew House and Celebrations Banquet, all aiming to provide an unforgettable experience to the customers. We got to explore the lavish dine in, Cook House. The lively and pleasant ambiance provides a breath of fresh air and very soothing experience. It has three interactive kitchens, which enhances the enchanting experience.

Every certain detail in the ambiance classifies a lush with sitting arrangement makes it look more grand. The open kitchens innovating European, Indian, Pan Asian Cuisines gives an outclass addition to heed.

Moving to Food fanatics, the starters, drinks and mains were no doubt are compelling, and zestful. We had got, Bunny Prawn Crystals. Enticingly presented crystal dumpling in a shape of a bunny. Prawns always being favorite, takes most of the precious appreciation. *HIGHLY RECOMMENDED*

Spicy Vegetable Bao Fold. Crispy spicy veggies with soft bao from outside was a perfect amalgamation. Presentation was no doubt adhered.

Zigzag Fried Chicken. A zestful piece of flour coated chicken nicely fried to perfection and served appealingly in a shot glass of sauce. *HIGHLY RECOMMENDED*

Nizami ki Shammi. The authentic classic nizami shammi kebab was sober in look yet outstanding in taste. Pairing with green chilli sauce would be more delightful. *HIGHLY RECOMMENDED*

➎ Corn, Sundried Tomato and Jalapeno Pizza. Nice thin crust topped with corn, attractive looking sundried tomato and Jalapeno. Gobbled with joy.

❻ Murg Malai Tikka. The classic wholesome malai tikka was decent in quantity and delectable in taste.

In Mains the food was equally delectable in terms of presentation and taste. we had, ➊ Crispy Fish Salt and Pepper. Crispy basa fish with pepper dominates perfect in taste. Worth appreciating. *HIGHLY RECOMMENDED*

➋ Gosht Nalli Nihari. Not to say much, but this is the most adoring and joyous dish to had. Nihari slow cooked for 12-18 hours gives an utmost delectable taste with the stew so rich. It steals the show. *HIGHLY RECOMMENDED*

➌ Wad's dal-e-frontier. Their most specialized dish and much awaited to taste, Dal-e-frontier. Dal Makhani, was highly authentic in taste, cream so balanced and taste so heavenly. *HIGHLY RECOMMENDED* ➍ Paneer Kumbh Mattar. Minced paneer and matter gravy was well in taste. Paired well with assorted breads.

In Desserts, the assortment was admiring with splendid presentation and perfect sweetness delicacy.

We had, ➊ Kahlua Tiramisu. Much dominating kahlua makes the tiramisu the most tasteful desert. The bourbon harsh taste was extremely delightful. Topped with lady finger cookies was alluring. *HIGHLY RECOMMENDED* ➋ Caramel Custard with Pineapple. Pineapple topped with caramel custard was enticing and joyous to end up with good sweet note.

➌ WAD's Kulfi Falooda. Kulfi and falooda was well made. Presentation topped the rate. *HIGHLY RECOMMENDED*

With such delectable food, the immense experience of Chef Sanjay Chowdhary comes into highlight. completing 30 years in the industry, his spirit and passion for food craft can be seen. He came and personally addressed for sharing his mastery, was way appreciating! With an intellectual of, 'One eats with his eyes before he eats actually' introduced a mutual thought and that can be purely seen in food being served. Staffing was well coordinated and courteous. Didn't compromise with knowledge, serving and kindness. Looking forward to have a visit again, with a wish to visit their lavish Brew House too! :)
